Image Converter Error

When users download images from the MediaBin web client and choose JPEG as a retrieval task for a TIFF image, they are receiving an error saying that the proper converter is not installed.

Has anyone run into this error before and if so, how did you solve it? Do I need to install some type of TIFF to JPEG converter on the MediaBin Asset Server?

Using MediaBin 4.6.2.

Could you post the exact text of the error? Could it be a colorspace problem?
