Open Deploy fails because of larger number of DCRs
yib
Hi,
I have a workflow for DCRs express publish. When I choose lower than 200 DCR files for submitting, it succeeds, but, when I choose more than that, it fails after inserting meta data into database. Here are the errors from receiver's server:

Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but you will tend to get better responses if you provide better information, such as:
yib
This is on Windows server 2003,
Version of OpenDeploy is: 6.7.1
It is a transactional Deploy
Files are deployed to the destination, but failed on database operation, so they are rolled back.
I think the package size is not so big, but number of files is the problem.
smaller number of files can be deployed with no error

You need to find the datadeploy logs.
I would also hazard a guess that there may be an issue with one of the DCRS.
Submit 100 at a time and see if they all submit
It is possible that the deployment on file #261 fails and that is why the 200 file deployment works, but 300 file deployment fails.
Of course there could be a timeout as well.
yib
It is nothing to do with the DCRs, because when I try to submit 100 a time, it succeeded for all DCRs by submitting 100 a time, together 4 times. What is the timeout issue? where can we set the timeout parameter?
nipper
There is not a systemic timeout issue. There maybe an issue with the DB, only allowing the connection for a certain amount of time.
Can you get the DD logs ? What do they say when they terminate ?
yib
What is DD log? database log?

DataDeploy.
