How to setup a site in runtime:(

There are existing sites in the runtime time.I wanted to create a new site.So I created a new site in development server and published the default.site and the pages in the site to runtime.

My old sites are visible when i hit the path http://runtime/old
but my new site can be hit only if i type http://runtime:1776/new and the css and layout are not proper.

Is there anything i need to do to create a new site apart from publishing default.site and the related pages to runtime.Is there any IIS configurations i need to do.

Livesite is new to me.Could anyone help please

It seems that your old site is mapped with a webserver thats why you are able to access that site without using port number. While your new site is only accessible with port number (1776) i.e LSDS default port.

So you have to check which webserver is being used. Then check tomcat connector configuration and rewrite rule configuration for the same.
