Unable to “Start Editing session” and “update server data model” in config.jsp

Hi ,
Unable to “Start Editing session” and “update server data model” in config.jsp after installing WSMP 5.0 SP1
When ever I strat edit or update server model ,it gives an error as
Data Model is checked out by another application.

Please wait and try again later.
Even I have set proper trusted login setting also,
Can anyone help with this?
