If you're using WFT this is really simple. I'm not going to tell you how to do it because clearly you haven't read the documentation, but it's pretty easy if you make some effort.If you're using WFM, not sure how easy it is.
It is possible. In the html content the file list is stored in a hidden input field with name "workflow.wfm.files". But since the user scripts are placed inside an iframe, you have to do a window.parent.document to access this input field. Below is the code.var parentDocument = window.parent.document; function GetElement(tag, attr, val) { var elements = parentDocument.getElementsByTagName(tag); for( i=0; i < elements.length; i++ ){ var nameAtrVal = elements.getAttribute(attr); if(nameAtrVal != null && nameAtrVal == val){ return elements; } } } function GetDescription() { var filelist = GetElement('input', 'name', 'workflow.wfm.files').value;return filelist;}
Please refer to the WFM documentaion for adding custom code...you will find the concept of Pre and Post processors. These are java classes that implement the interface : com.interwoven.modeler.workflow.commands.InProcessJavaCommandThis contains an excute method of a signature like:public WFMWorkflow execute(WFMWorkflow workflow, Map params){.....}You can use the getFiles() and setDescription(String) methods of WFMWorkflow here...
