submit error

Hi,

I am getting the following error when i try to submit the dcr using the clt with the below options

/app/iw-home/bin/iwsubmit -w -u -c 'publish via unix' -i 'Submit' 'Submit'

but i am getting the error

"ERROR:02404: No submit performed" any idea?

STAGING area is not accessible from teamsite UI for the same branch.

When viewed from backend the group name and owner names are showing some numbers?

Can anyone help me to resolve this?

Working from the bottom-up, if the group name and owner name are showing some numbers instead of names, this generally means that the names associated with those numbers no longer exist in the system. You should read the manuals and KB articles on the Support site regarding the CLT iwidmap (there are some very good KB articles - that do a better job than the manuals - so you might just start there) - so you can map those id-numbers to existing users and/or groups.

That will hopefully fix the access to the staging area from within the UI.

If not (and perhaps even if so) - you should run an iwfsck on your backing store to make sure it is healthy (again, manuals and KB articles should be your primary reference sources)

Assuming you can now access the staging area from the UI - you should hopefully now also be able to perform the iwsubmit from the command line.

If not, post again and provide an update regarding the detailed status of all of the above.
