Edit DCR on teamsite 6.7.2 meet "No free worker threads" problem

When I try to edit a DCR through FireFox Browser on TeamSite 6.7.2, I met this problem:

The following error occurred: Connection failed!!!! Either Server is not running or Server is busy (No free worker threads.)

What OS ?

Can you look on the server at any of the logs ?

I would venture a guess that a server reboot is in order.
