You are not giving any details.
What are you doing when you get this error ? How do you reproduce it ?
You are likely running custom code, do you have access to it ?
The logs you show imply custom code, so no one here can debug it

Answers to the questions in order:
1) What are you doing when you get this error ? How do you reproduce it ?
I am trying to preview a dcr on a branch from the edit dcr window, that is where thsi error is thrown.
2) You are likely running custom code, do you have access to it ?
I am not sure, if I understand what do you mena by custom code. If you wnat to get the details from any other log, please let me know. As far as access is concerned, I am having teamsite master access on this box.
Hope this helps!!
Thanks

If you're doing a preview on the DCR, then it is running against a tpl file which contains custom code. You need to work with the tpl file that it's using and put in some debugging.

Thanks for the reply.
But the system was running fine till last week and suddely it broke down. As I mentioned before this problem is occuring throughout the environment. Does this mean, I need to check all tpl files (that may be in hundred's)
Thanks

Are they calling an external custom module that isn't in the tpl? Sharing one of your tpl files will help.

No TPLs work ?
Check in the folder $iwhome/iw-perl/bin/ and see if there are 2 files, iwperl.exe and iwperl, the latter may be a 0 length file.
If so delete the 0 length file
