Aspx Pages Preview problem

There is a strange problem that we are facing to preview Aspx page.
To resolve a folder permissions issue we contacted support.
We were asked to check the iw.cfg for the entry,
webserver_group=TeamSite Web Preview
However we found that the iw.cfg on one of our servers had the entry
webserver_group=TeamSite Web Previewer

We corrected this to the one given by the support and our folder permission issue got resolved. But we started facing another problem in previewing aspx pages which was working well before.
The error summary means "access denied to web.config" and the path shown was Y:/default/main/web.config whereas it should have referred the path,
Y:\default\main\JetPortalBranch\EN\IN\WORKAREA\IN_WA

We are using Teamsite v6.7.1 SP1 and IISv6.0 with ASP .NETv2.050727
Please help.
