Hi All,

Currently we are using Next Generation Tagger to capture metadata and there are so many rules (therby many .cfg files per rule) invloved in our design.

Here i want to know from the experts if the problem i am facing is due to teamsite limitation or bug in my code.

I have two .cfg files with different ruleset names and different root-container names and each.cfg has items of "select" types. And we need to get the values of these select fields from external system using formAPI.

Now i have written a rule so that when tagging a certain file, i will get fields that are from two .cfg files as seperate tabs in Tagger UI.

Problem is, since there are two rulesets and two root-containers involved in this screen, i am not able to refer to fields in second tab ( second .cfg file) using IWDatacapture. getItem() method.

I know the explanation is difficult to understand and for better understanding i am attaching code snippets of two .cfg files and metadata rule. Note that i will get "News" tab as second tab in tagger UI and thats why the issue.

Please let me know if this is Teamsite issue and we will change our logic accordingly.
