error in XMlHttpRequest(internal server error)

Hi,
I am facing a problem while tagging the dcr. As I click on tag, I get a pop up window saying error in XMLHttpRequest, though I am able to see my metadata capture form. I checked the logs also but no help. This error comes when I integrate teamsite with metatagger i.e. when an item in metadata capture form is associated with a metatagger project. If I use simple items with no association with metatagger then it does not throw any error.
has anyone come across this type of error?
Any help is appreciated.

Check whether you have configured MetaTagger parameters in the TeamSite iw.cfg file properly or not.

[iwmetatagger]
mt_server_name=IPAddess where MT is installed
mt_server_port=9095
mt_server_wellknown=9090

If it is correct then check your datacapture.cfg file and metadata-rules.cfg file and see whether they are correctly configured or not.
