Users ID still exist in TS groups when they are removed

ProfessorX

Why do user ID's still exist in TeamSite Groups after the user has been removed from the system using the TS Admin GUI?

How do I remove them from the groups?

Unfortunately this is (IMO) a mis-feature (possibly a bug) in the user administration aspects of TeamSite.

In order to remove users from TS Groups you either need to use iwgroup (or it's CSSDK equivalent) or carefully manually edit the

IWHOME/conf/tsgroups.xml

file

Feel free to file a feature request (because they probably won't acknowledge it as a bug) with Support - but I wouldn't expect any "fix" anytime soon - so the above methods are generally the way to go for now.
