what things should be keep in mind in tpl if one has to generate jsp|aspx page using tpl.

and

Which folder should be kept as virtual directory in case of aspx pages?

In case of Jsp pages will in built Tomcat(which comes with TS for UI) server will be useful if yes how?

NO - The tomcat server (servletd) that comes with TeamSite is ONLY to be used by TeamSite for its own GUI and customizations you've made to that GUI - you should NOT use it for custom web site rendering / virtualization; for that you should install your own app server.

There is nothing special as such you need to do to SIMPLY generate jsp/asp files. Write your extensions in templating.cfg as required.

While that is technically true, it provides a poor implementation.

There is a great deal to doing APSX/JSP with TST. Yes you can simply generate static pages named ASPX. Can't preview. Two big problems.

You need an architect who has actually implemented this to design a proper system first. You do not even know the correct questions to ask.
