No one's going to be able to help you with this vague question. You're looking to integrate some 3rd party DAM product with TeamSite. All we can tell you is you're going to have to do the research on your own. You're going to have to look at what tools the 3rd party DAM gives you to allow applications to digest the content stored in the DAM and then you're going to have to figure out what custom functions you're going to have to write in TeamSite to use those tools to bring an asset from the DAM into TeamSite. I'm sure it's possible to do but it's going to require more research on your part.

At the absolutely bare minimum you'd have to code few custom TS/DAM components. Namely

- DAM Browsing from the TS Side
- DAM - TS File Transporting and/or linking mechanisms
- TS Side GUI/CLT (Servlets, CGIs, Scripts and whatnot) to put it all together

How exactly to do all that depends on the available DAM API and GUI. What kind of "Exmpls" do you expect?
