Performance of CGITask start in 7.2.1 ?

Linux 7.2.1, moving code from 6.7.2

There is a external task followed by a CGI task (both go immediate).

Funky thing is that there is a 6-8 second delay between when the event log says the CGI task is initiated to when the 1st log entry (1st couple lines of the perl).

We are running the CGI through iw_cgi_wrapper.bin

Everything else is running well on this server. So there are no generic performance issues.
