Invoking Publish LiveSite Content through command line

Hi,

I have an urgent requirement where I need to call\invoke Publish LiveSite content through command line.Since their are CGI tasks associated which requires user input I am not able to do so.

Can we remove the CGI task from the workflow and directly deploy the content on the server or replace them with some other task (eg external task).

Kindly suggest.
