VFF issue for IE8

I have configured vff and trying to add/insert image from datastore. In IE6 image is getting added properly but in IE8 a word "about:" gets appended to the relative path of selected image. because of this image is not rendered in Preview or when I again open same VFF.

If anybody know the solution for this please post it asap.

Does this happen though out in any DCR where there is Picture. What is the Configuration you have done. Please provide example of your VFE content in Source mode.

Yes it happens in every DCR. But strange thing is that it does not happen for all images but couldn't find out the reason for that.

Or please suggest me the way so that I can remove the extra word while saveing the VFF data.

Validation would be performed on the contents of the DCR as a whole - as such you can use FormAPI / javascript to validate any / all of the fields within the DCT / DCR - including textareas which were populated using VFE or TinyMCE.

So the answer is "yes" - but from the question it sounds like you need to spend a bit more time reading the manuals, the forums, and/or getting some training.

You could try an onItemChange event handler function for the VFE field - however, this will only get triggered if the user clicks somewhere else after filling in the VFE field. If they fill in the textarea and then decide to make additional modifications without having clicked anywhere else - the event won't be triggered.
