Link to Teamsite workarea

I would like to be able to create a "deep link" into a Teamsite ContentCenter Professional page directly in a workarea. For instance, I'd like to be able to send a link in an email or add it to my Internet Explorer "favorites" (NOT Teamsite favorites) or similar uses. How can I form a link that, assuming they are already logged on, would take the user into a folder in a workarea?

as a bonus, this link, if you are not logged in, shows a login-window and then redirects you to this location. see chp 9 of the 'TeamSite User Interface Customization Guide' for much more nifty url-commands.
