TeamSite Login Page Redirection

Hi Friends,

“During certain operations, it is important for TeamSite application to not be accessible to anyone. During this period, whenever a user tries to access the TeamSite UI, they should be displayed with either a maintenance notification page or disable the login button on the login page with information on the maintenance window.”

Can anyone update on the possible different ways i can achieve this and the pros/cons/approach of each solution.

Any pointers will be highly appreciated

Putting the following in the custom.css file will remove the Login button.

.iw-base-button-frame, .iw-base-button, .iw-base-button-border {visibility:hidden;}

I have not tested the following, so I am not sure if it will work. You might be able to point the site to your own page by changing the welcome-file value in the web.xml file in the JBoss app.

/teamsite/common/start.jsp

A restart the app server would be probably be needed to reload the web.xml.
