Workflow Modeler 7.2 Install Error

I am getting this error during the WFM install process

Cannot determine the Shared Product Spec XML file name given ==>

\WFModlerDownload\Wfm\InstallerData\xml\product-spec.xml

And, of course, the search restrictions on devnet don't allow me to effectively search for that error. Anyone seen this?
