In-context editing box is offset from mouse pointer

When I move the mouse over an in-context editable field on a component, the in-context edit box highlights in dotted-blue line. When I move the mouse to the right, outside of the dotted-box, the dotted-blue line stays active, even as far right as halfway through the next component with in-context editing. Finally, when I move it a little further to the right the highlighted dotted-blue line finally shifts to the next component.
