Commit-Deploy-plc.xml

Hello

When i am trying to upgrade from 7.2.1 to 7.3.1 on Linux RHEL5, I am facing an issue with Commit-Deploy-Plc.xml. As installation was unsuccessful. It says, It couldn't find a file in following location /opt/Interwoven/LiveSiteCSAuth/authoring/commit-deploy-plc.xml

Any pointer would be helpful

Any body who installed 7.3.1, can u please post commit-deploy-plc.xml file, I am missing that file. We can find that file in following location.
/opt/Interwoven/LiveSiteCSAuth/authoring/etc/deployment/config/
Can u please attach that xml file.
