Problem with Visual format editor

Hi ,

We are working on 672 SP1 teamsite and we are getting problem with MS-Word feature of visual format in DCT.When we try to open the MS-Word its thowing error as :-
Missing file //http://servername/iw/ewebeditpro20/ektnormal.css but the css file is already present in the server in /iwhome/httpd/iw/ewebeditpro20 location. Please find the attached DCT code.Can you please help on this.

Does it literally say "servername" in the url in the message or did you redact that for security's sake? If it does literally say "servername", is that the actual url of your server?

Also, we need to see your VFE config rather than your DCT.

The issue may also be dependent upon the version of Word - check the TS Release Notes to make sure that there aren't any documented issues and/or work-arounds for it (I recall there being issues in the past, but I don't recall which versions had the issue)

Yes the server name is the actual url of the server.

Do we need to do any changes in configuration file for MS word .Please let us know as the same editor is working fine in TS 6.1 version but its giving problem in TS 672 SP1.
