Issue with 7.3.1 UI

Hello

I am coming up with following error, Any body faced it can guide me why it is coming , tried iwreset -UI and -a .
everything works fine, but i get this on header of the page. but doesn't affect other part of UI.
Below is an attachment for following error.

this issue is been resolved, Yes it came up when we used admin for Users and Groups.

I got this in 7.3

I did iwreset for -UI, -a and removed some of log details, started iwbootstart and iwboss file was conflicting after boot start.
