TeamSite 6.7.2 Upgrade throwing the error

Hi All,

I am doing the TS installtion on our UNIX solaris 10 SPARC platform. we are installing it on our non production box but it is showing me the following errors and unable to install it

Does the /iwinstall/products/TeamSite directory exist? does it include the UninstallerData/TeamSite subdirectories?
If not - that's your problem. Someone either moved or blew away the iwinstall directory and thus you're only choice, I believe, would be to install from scratch (though check with Support first)

Here problem seems to be with 'iwinstall' . So now if we try to run Teamsite 6.7.1 installer again, it will detect the current TS 6.7.1 and then due to problem with 'iwinstall' , will it continue with installation ?

"problem seems to be with 'iwinstall'" means what? It's missing? It was clobbered? It was moved?

If it was moved, you can try moving it back and see if that resolves the problem.

You could try running the 671 installer again - it might work - but I think you're best checking with Support first.
