'Save' button on Author Work task - what controls it?
System
Solaris TS 6.7.1
We're trying to figure out exactly what controls the availability of the 'Save' button on the Author Work task.
We've got a situation where someone sets up a job with a set of files and then another person wants to change the ownership of the Author Work task and then 'Save' that update.
We've got 2 people we're testing with that can perform this, and 2 others that can't. We've been looking at all of the groups and roles these folks are in, as well as their access to the workareas from which the jobs are started.
All of them have 'editor' access to the workarea, none of them are administrators of the branch.
We'll continue testing this, but any suggestions would be helpful.

Well, we figured this one out.
In Administration > Roles, there's a couple of 'Permissions Overrides' options towards the bottom of the page.
For the Administrator role, the option to "Modify tasks and jobs that they do not own." is checked by default, and for Editor it is not.
The funny thing about this option is that it doesn't really matter what branch you're administrator of, once you are an Administrator of -any- branch, you have the this override capability for Workflow Tasks sourced from -all- branches, not just the branches you administer.
