MeadiaBin Search custumization and sorting issue.

Hi Guys,

There is this miediabin code which has been customized for my client to bring out search results from a specific folder only. Its working fine.

Now the client has a new requirement which I'm working on. The requirement is that the search results are to be sorted by a specific metadata "Project NAme". The default sorting is by document/asset "Name".

The issue here is that there are no SQL queries and the default code is to be used for the sorting. I'm aware of a few sorting methods like SortByAssetName, SortByAssetType, etc. Please find enclosed the asp page that brings the search results.

Look up page 144-145 of MB API Guide v4.6.2. One of the properties for Search Criteria object is SortId. You can pass the GUID of the metadata field that you want your search results sorted.
