getting HTTP 500 error on saving the DCR's

Hi all,

For some unknown reason, the loading of all DCRs fails . The frame containing the 'save/save as' links results in an error. This is preventing any DCR to be saved ('Finish' button also doesn't work).

PLease find the error logs

Restarting the IW services and running iwreset -ui didn't help so far.

Looks like firefox, what client ? All clients ? Does it work in IE ?

Have you (or anyone at your site) done anything [new] recently with respect to FormAPI code associated with the DCTs?

I suggest you [temporarily] disable references to any FormAPI code in your DCT and see if the DCRs load okay. If they do - the problem is somewhere within your FormAPI code and you have to debug that.
If the DCRs still don't load properly when you have the FormAPI code disabled - then the problem is somewhere else - but I'd be surprised if that's the case (if it is, post again)

IT is not working in any of the browsers. It is happening only in prod environment. We had a release yesterday. From then we are facing the problem.

We just had a new release yesterday from then we are facing the problem. And we did not made any new changes to DCT's. And till now we don't have any FromAPI referances in the DCTs.

Its not an upgrade .We just added some new components to prod evironment.
