Container which holds itemref

I have a DCT to create the sitemap.

I have a root container which has a container(refid="SiteMap") with 3 items.This container is default="1" min="0" max="unbounded".

i have another container which has the itemref for the above mentioned refid. Inspite of the fact that i ve given min="0" max="1" for this container, i can replicate it. The "+" sign that appears to create a replicant is inactive. Yet, i am able to click on it and a replicant gets added.

Can anyone please help me with why this could be happening?

I do not see a Problem at all. What TS are you on? Here is the screenshot of my DCT with your code.
