I did a TS 7.2 install on Windows, and noticed these lines in the installer.log
2010-08-13 12:05:17,173 DEBUG com.interwoven.serverutils100.TProcessRunner -
\GWIB\TS\TeamSite\iw-perl\bin\iwperl.exe
\GWIB\TS\TeamSite\install\install_servletd.ipl -u
2010-08-13 12:05:17,439 INFO com.interwoven.wcm.teamsite.install.tasks.PerlTask - Perl Script :
\GWIB\TS\TeamSite\install\install_servletd.ipl Exit value: 2
2010-08-13 12:05:17,439 INFO com.interwoven.wcm.teamsite.install.tasks.PerlTask - Post reboot script error output: Can't open perl script "D:\GWIB\TS\TeamSite\install\install_servletd.ipl": No such file or directory
The investigation that followed revealed
1) TS 7.2 no longer comes with iwservletd (tomcat), but fully uses ApplicationServer (iwjboss) as J2EE container.
2) the installer still tries to execute some install script related to servletd, but the script was removed.
Oh, and not a word of mention in the Release notes (that I could find) about this "minor" change.
