Installation issue - Admin Console TS 7.2.1

I am in the process of installation of TS 7.2.1. I have installed all Infrastructure Components and TeamSite successfully. When I am trying to Installation Admin Console I anm getting database connectivity error. I am using the same database parameters which I used during the installation of Common services and Teamsite. I can do the tnsping and can connect to the database using SQL*Puls.

I tried to install 2 times but everything it was unsuccessful because of the same error.

Attached is the error log and the JDBC url.

Urgent assistance is required to resolve this issue.

I just installed Interwoven TS today. What worked for me is creating different Oracle users/schemas for each input. I think the instruction text says "Please use different database" every other time, so I just used separate database for everything.

My guess is that one database installation script overwrote the other and things just didn't go right.
