I echo nipper's comment and raise him one piece of documentation, in this case maybe a "TeamSite® User Interface Customization Guide".

But don't get your hopes up in terms of how much you can change in the UI.

In the 6.7 you can style DC Form appearance per DC Type using <viewoptions> Tag "cssurl" Attribute.
