SetEA event not triggered from tag ui

We have recently upgraded from TS 6.5 to 7.1. Our iw.cfg files are nearly identical and both have the following event related settings:

log_syncmodify=yes

We rely on the SetEA events being logged to iwevents.log to notify of us when metadata is added / updated so that we can push those changes out to a preview area using an iwat trigger on the SetEA event.

In the old system (6.5), when we do a File->New Form Entry, once we click Generate we see a SetEA event logged associating the new piece of content to the DCR. Once we invoke the Tag UI via File->Tag, when we click Save on the Tag UI, we see a SetEA event logged for each metadata element.

In the new system (7.1.0), when we do a File->New Form Entry, once we click Generate we see some SetEA events logged associating the new piece of content to the DCR. Once we invoke the Tag UI via File->Tag, when we click Save on the Tag UI, WE DO NOT see a SetEA event logged for each metadata element. Why do we not see these events logged in 7.1?

Hi there -
Not sure if this is your problem, but LDAP users in 7.1 don't trigger events - only OS users. We're still testing this out.
