Accessing workflow (teamsite 6.7.2)

I have created a workflow using the workflow modeler.
After editing the configuration in the "Manage workflow" page using the following configuration.

<model debug="true" active="true" filename="ICSPortal_ContentSubmitAIX" name="3. Submit naar AIX">
<allowed>
<or> ..........

I can only submit using this workflow if the user is "TeamSite Master".
In all other cases the user doesn't see the option to use this workflow when submitting a page.
I have given the user every role (Administrator to Workflowuser) but the user cant use(dont see) the workflow.

Can someone help me?

You have to ensure that the workflowModels branch of the iwadmin store is shared with iwEveryone with the WorkflowUser role. The workflowModels branch is where your model configurations are held.

Thans but , the workflowModels branch of the iwadmin store is already shared with iwEveryone.

In the workflowModels Branch what is the Role of iwEveryone Group?
Also, post your complete <model> Tag, something may be fishy there...

iwEveryone -> WorkflowUser
I have changed this also to WorkflowAdmin for testing but it didn't have any affect.

My apologies if I ask the obvious, but just in case... Have you submitted "available_models"
File with all these modifications? if you have - contact support, all seems in order

If i didn't have submitted them than the sitemaster shouldn't/couldn't also use that workflow.
Am I correct or ??

Yes you are - I forgot that you've mentioned that Master can access this WF.

That's why I don't understand the whole problem.
Why can someone with the master role access the Wf but not someone with the administrator, author, reviewer, workflowadmin or workflowuser role Smiley Frustrated

I had this exact same scenario and discovered it to be a permissions issue (in being able to access those model config files). To troubleshoot/verify, I logged in as an Editor and when I navigated to the iw-wa/Config directory, the config files were greyed out. Once I cleared my permissions issues, all was well (consequently, the files were no longer greyed out).
