Directories Deleted via OD (missing in src)

HI,

I'm facing an issue with OD.. When publishing a folder to targets, I see the folder is getting deleted on target stating "Missing in src". But the folder exists on source in workarea and staging.

Not sure why its considering as "Missing in src" - even if the folder exists in STAGING ?

The questions that come to mind are:

You should be able to test the deployment in simulated mode to verify whether any changes made with respect to the above actually resolve the issue - and if so, then try running the deployment for real.
