how to switch the url from the CCpro to CCStd with skip the metaTAG screen

hi,
i need to skip the metaTAG screen from the workflow, I have used below code:

but when i have used above code it is skip the metaTAGscreen if business user login in CCStd but business user login into the CCpro metaTag screen is coming, please give me suggestions:
