critical | server disconnected in Teamsite 7.2 on linux server

Hi

We have installed Teamsite 7.2 on Redhat Linux. we get "Server Disconnected" error at the login screen and users cannot login to the system. After iwreset -a also, the problem is not solved.

Checked the following logs iwserver.log, iwtrace.log under logs folder.

Please let me know why this happens and how we could this be solved

Did the server ever work ?

Log on the server and run df -h and post the results.

yes the server was working, before, but suddenly after restarting the system, it started giving the error.

Please, find the results for df -h

Did you check if iwserver.linux process is running on your Linux host?

Also try restarting TeamSite services (iw.server start)

If the df -h is returning correct then iwserver looks good, though you can run ls /iwmnt/default/main to be certain

I would be checking the ApplicationContainer logs:

/usr/iw-home/ApplicationContainer/server/default/log

Do an ls -lrt on that folder and check core.log. server.log, jboss.log, commonservice.log for recent errors.

I assume you have tried another reboot, how about iwreset -a ?
