I'd like to know where I can turn on debug mode for workflow? Should there be a radio button in my workflow instantiation screen? Where can I enable this panel?

If you have access to TeamSite pdfs, then there is a chapter called "Debugging Techniques" in the workflow development guide.

Is this for a WFT or a WFM?
The previous response is for WFTs.
For WFM's it's an option within the available_models.xml (accessed via the TeamSite Admin GUI for configuring workflows)
