Can we dynamically populate an item in the Instantiation Screen of a workflow

Hi,

For each individual file attached to the workflow i need to capture an information.If i use global variables in the instantiation screen , only one item appears for all the attached files.

Please suggest me how to dynamically display the variable depending upon the number of files attached.

all attached files are accessible from the instantiation form using FormAPI, you will just need to iterate thru /Config/*File to build list of attached files. Not sure if you are familiar with FormAPI, but you basically need to get item /Config then get children (array) of that item then you iterate thru the children looking for items with name matches /.*File$/.

you can use a global variable and assign it a value--> $IW_FILES, and display in instantiation screen.. you will get a comma seperated list of names of all the files attached..
P.S. you wont find $IW_FILES in the drop down list, just type it and it'll work..
