Word VB macro - nrCustom2Description field not udpating

Hello,

I am new to these forums, hopefully I am posting in the right place. We use Interwoven and have some old VB macros that populate some dialog boxes with information. We have one that is pointing to the nrCustom2Description field which is bringing back out of date information. We have some more up to date C#/.NET dialogs that populate the same information which is pulling in the up to date information which is confusing.

Is this something that is a known issue?

Any help/advice would be appreciated,
