TeamSite Upgrade from 6.7.2 to TS 6.7.2 SP2

Hi

I am upgrading TeamSite 6.7.2 to TS 6.7.2 SP2 but while upgrading got the error

The following error occurred. The installation will now quit.

do you have any patches installed on 6.7.2? is this on windows or unix?
I didn't have to install 6.7.2 SP1 to install SP2 but you can try installing it and see if you get the same errors.

I am using the solaris 10 , I done the uninstall and again I have install Ts 6.7.2. It installed successfully but now I want to go TS 6.7.2 Sp2 and would not like above error ones again. This is my Dev box and would not like to wast and repeated task in production ......

I am not using the Site publisher and reporting. Does it require for SP 2 ?

No SitePublisher is not required to install SP2, did you try my suggestion by installing SP1? you should also open ticket with iwov support while you are trying to figure it out.
