CSInvalidUserException - No such user

Hi,

For some strange reason we're getting the following error for all users defined on our system in the servletd_out.log file. Users are defined in the "roles" files and can login to TeamSite!! Any idea why this might be happening?

quite possible that your entity database is corrupt and TS is not able to save the preferences data.

try accessing the entity ID file from \local\entities\Data

Try removing a user using iwuser command and re-add the user. it should generate a corresponding entitiy file and check if it errors out for that particular user.

I ran into a similar error today and had to do the following:

iwuser -q username
note the entity number

iwuser -d -loc E::entity_number_from_above
iwuseradm remove-user username
iwreset -a
iwuseradm add-user username

username is able to log into teamsite again.
