Can anybody tell if we have a task which is approve by only one member and in the next step it is approve by all the member in a group.

Which type of these two task.

IT should be a simple usertask followed by a Concurrent task, One needs to compile it in a WFT or WFM as needed. What were you looking for exactly? Not quite clear as what you wanted?

As already indicated, the first is a simple user-task. The latter is more difficult because you would have to dynamically determine the number of entries in the group during instantiation so that you can "create" all the individual user-tasks for each member of the group. You could also do this with some form of nested workflow process - but it still has the same issue of requiring some dynamic programmatic task generation during instantiation.

You also haven't indicated whether all the members of the group doing the reviewing are doing so serially or concurrently (in general, I think it's a questionable design, but depending on the size of the group it could be reasonable or extremely questionable. A group of less than five might work okay serially, anything larger you probably want to go concurrently)

No - a grouptask is for one member of a group to perform - not every member of a group.

This is pretty basic TeamSite workflow stuff. You should know this since it is covered in the manuals and training; if you don't know it - perhaps you are outside your comfort zone and you should be working with someone else who already has the knowledge and experience so that the work gets done correctly but you can learn at the same time....

You didn't quite read though what Adam has mentioned previously. You haven't said how you want the group to approve, serially or concurrently?
