Read-Only Highlight issue when container collapsed and expanded

When an Item is set To Read-Only, TeamSite applies a CSS background color (gray) to the field. It appears that in some cases, such as when a container which includes the readonly field is collapsed and expanded, the field is still read-only but the highlight color isn't re-applied. Is anybody else seeing this issue?

I've seen a number of such issues - most of which, I believe, are due to the convoluted HTML that is used to render the form.

About all you can do is file a case with Support on it - best if you can make a small, easily reproduced, example that they can replicate in-house as the more complex and custom the DCT, the less likely they are to try to reproduce it, and then the less likely they are to be able to file an actual bug on it.

Hi,

I am working on Teamsite 7.3.1. and facing the same issue as mentioned above.
Wanted to make fields in replicant container read-only and have used tinyMCE editor for those fields.
I have observed one thing, if we remove tinyMCE editor, then grey color is getting displayed, but if we use it then, grey background color is not getting displayed though the fields are still read only.

Have gone through Teamsite pdf(form api) to find any solution for this, but didnt get any.

Please let me know if this is a discrepancy in product or anyone has raised any ticket for this. Please help me with some pointers on this.

Well, the thread is about 2 years old.
Did you put together an easily reproducible (but very simple) test-case?
Did you open a ticket with Support and provide the test-case to them?
If not, don't expect the problem to be fixed.
