Passphrase file issue

Trying to install all this and having trouble with the passphrase file(s).

I have one passphrase file from teamsite/private and another from LiveSiteCSAUTH/install.

One allows the OD Gui to authenticate correctly, one allows for the OOTB workflow "Publish LiveSite Content" to run.

When I use the passphrase file that allows the OD GUI to allow access, and try to submit an update for taxonomies the error I'm seeing in the TS/local/logs/iwui/content_center_log is

2011-04-27 16:27:02,598 [http-0.0.0.0-8080-11] ERROR com.interwoven.livesite.workflow.modeler.UsersWithRolesDataSource () - execute: error while communicating with teamsite, unable to populate user map.
com.interwoven.cssdk.access.CSInvalidUserException: (No such user)

Any guess how to find which username it's trying to use?

(I thought 6.5 was tough to install and setup!)

Where are you copying them?

Usually you put them in AccessService/etc, ODHOME/etc and IWHOME/private/etc

It does not matter which one you use, as long as they are the same.

You can use iwsharedkeyfilegen or iwsessionkeygen to generate a new one and then copy it to the other spots

FYI, my passphrase iin LSCSAuth/install/etc says lscsinstall

Probably not the one we want to use.

I regenerated a new passphrase file using iwsessionkeygen which created a new passphrase file in teamsite/private/etc. I copied it to every folder that already contained a passphrase file and ....THANK YOU... it all works now.
