make_toolkit failing

We're trying to add a couple of new actions to the Content Center UI. We've added the new paths in the ui_custom.xml and ran # /iw-home/bin/make_toolkit.ipl, however we still don't see the two new actions. (Summary Prospectus Publish & Generate and Submit Reports List)

first of all , i think the execution of make_toolkit didnt fail as you mentioned in the title of the thread. the build was successful.

Second , can you post the new added custom menu items to see if you are missing anything there. it could be that you added operationID attribute but didnt add an entry for them in custom_userops.xml
