unable to open a DCR in Write mode

Hi ,

There is a workflow task(ipl file executed) that should open the file and set

the project id inside this dcr.

Though the DCR is having 777 the task is unable to open the dcr in write mode.

It shows following error :-

Failed to open the /default/main/xxxx/test1.dcr in write mode . Error occured : Permission denied]-[444]

Please guide me how to resolve this.
