Disable caching of layout XSLT

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to disable the caching of custom layout xslt so it can be updated without having to rebuild the toolkit each time you make a modification?

This is for use within a local dev environment only.

LS 3.0, TS 6.7.1 on Win 2003.
