Common Services DB change

Hi,

We have TeamSite common services DB and reports DB installed in Oracle RAC.
Now we want to move out of the old database to new one.

I know for reports DB its straight forward by running "iwconfigtsreport.ipl" command.

Not sure how to reconfigure common services database..
