Prod TS Server Goes Down w/o Warning

Running TS 672 on win box. Have come into the office and found the server down with no reason. It does not happen every day or even in a pattern. There is nothing in the log files to indicate what is causing it, they just stop and then resume once the sever is rebooted. Once the server is rebooted every thing works as expected until the next time. We are currently only using the workflow in TS, no special set up. We have one branch, workarea, and a handful of users with no power. No forms or templates.

Has anyone else had something like this happen or have any ideas?

What stops? The TeamSite service? What services are still running?

Have you checked the Windows Event Viewer?

Can you upload your iw.cfg file for us so that we can see if there are any config issues?

Is there a virus scanner set to scan your system (or Y drive) at certain times?

What was the last messages in your logs (workflows kicking off, users editing files)?

Do you have any custom code (perl, java, etc) used in your workflow(s) that could be causing the issue?
